The purpose of this blog is to share my personal stories and expressions with those who enjoy my writing.

This is not a how to blog, there's no selling, no email list collection, no annoying ads, and no pressure to read anything I write.

That being said, there's always some sort of data that's collected - whether I want it or not. So, I created this Privacy Policy to let you know what personal data may be collected and how it’s used.

About Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website or third-party service provider transfers to your device through your internet browser.

A cookie enables the website or third-party service provider’s system to recognize your browser and remember certain information.

Blog Platform and Analytics

This blog is written by me, Connie, on the Bearblog.dev platform - also referred to as Bear. Bearblog is a privacy-first, no-nonsense, super-fast blogging platform.

I use the analytics data collected through my Bear account to view the number of visitors to my blog.

Your Email Address

When you choose to send me a note via the contact form on this blog, I receive your email address along with any information you choose to put in your message.

I use your email address for the purpose of replying to your message (if needed). Replies to your email will come from conniesueonline [at] gmail [dot] com.

I will not knowingly collect or use personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

Data Breach Policy

In the event of a breach, you will be notified if there’s a threat to your rights or interests.

This notification will occur within 7 business days from the date the breach was discovered by me.
